Program - World of Sight and Vision


1. MAINTENANCE OF HUMAN HEALTH AND LIFE.

For each client we elaborate a rehabilitation program which includes complex diagnosing, health recovery and improvement, gradual development of alternative vision, improvement of existing eye-sight.

Stages of health rehabilitation

2. SOCIAL REHABILITATION OF BLINDNESS.

The training is conducted under general programs to obtain new features and qualities in self-rehabilitation, self-restoration and self-diagnosing.

Organization

Part 1:

- Form a group of blind and poor eye sighted children and their parents to take part in the program World of Sight and Vision (total 10 people).
- Form a group of specialists to monitor and accompany the group of blind and poor eye sighted children.
- Form a group of doctors and scientists for medical accompaniment, perform research on this group and monitor the process of developments and improvements.
- Form a group of media specialists, producers and interested TV station to make and broadcast a documentary to cover the scientific research of the program World of Sight and Vision.
- Describe and broadcast the story and process of the participating children and their families in a series.
- Organize location, equipment, services etc and arrange financing for costs like traveling, stay etc.


Part 2:

- Form groups from 10 different countries to take part in the program World of Sight and Vision (100 people total).
- Form from every country a group of specialists to monitor and accompany the group with blind and poor eye sighted children
- Form from every country a group of doctors and scientists for medical accompaniment, perform research on this group and monitor the process of developments and improvements.
- Form from every country a group of media specialists, producer and interested TV station to make and broadcast a documentary to cover the scientific research of the program World of Sight and Vision. Describe and broadcast the story and process of the participating children and their families in a series.
- Organize location, equipment, services etc and arrange financing for costs like traveling, stay etc.



Description of work

Fundamental regulations
- The program includes children aged 7-14.
- Children with normal intellect, without any serious diseases are accepted to participate in the program.
- Results of medical examination should be presented.
- We will administer energy-information examination.
- The children should be accompanied either by their parents or tutors.

Methodical peculiarities
- Training is provided in groups of 10 people.
- Training is conducted twice a day (in the morning and in the afternoon (after lunch)), the duration of the training is 1 hour.
- The trainers are:
Bronnikov Fekleron experts and doctors who are being trained in the Bronnikov Fekleron system.
- Examination of the children’s health will be on a weekly basis.

Necessary provisions
- Permanent place of work and accommodation
- Medical diagnostic equipment for getting objective results of energy-information diagnosis.
- Providing lodging for children and their parents/tutors in case there is no room where they will carry out the work.


I STAGE Rehabilitation program for blind people and people with bad eyesight

Total program duration – 6 months
Quantity – 100 people (10 people from each country)

Period – 1 month (6 days a week, 2 hours a day, - 48 hours a month)

3. Development of the inner vision
Period - 1 month (6 days a week, 2 hours a day, - 48 hours a month)

4. Strengthening of the inner vision skills
Period - 1 month (6 days a week, 2 hours a day, - 48 hours a month)

5. Development of the direct vision
Period - 1 month (6 days a week, 2 hours a day, - 48 hours a month)

6. Strengthening of the direct vision skills
Period - 1 month (6 days a week, 2 hours a day, - 48 hours a month)

II STAGE Establishing large rehabilitation center for blindness rehabilitation

III STAGE Forming Human capital (for other countries)



Participants in the program

1. Blind people and people with bad eyesight
From each country 10 children (age 7-14) are selected. The selection is made on a competitive basis, taking into account not only the character and the complexity of the pathology, but also the wish of the parents who represent their children. The experts guarantee to develop the ability of blind children or children with poor eyesight to see. The children will participate in TV programs what in its turn will make the name for them and their family.

2. Doctors and scientists – research and medical accompaniment

3. Independent experts
Each country selects a group of independent experts, interested in participation in the International Program World of Sight and Vision. It will give them:
- acquaintance with the "Bronnikov-Fekleron" system;
- participation in the scientific research programs with the following publishing scientific work;
- earning an international reputation: participation in conferences, symposia, TV programs;
- participation in future scientific research programs concerning the use and PR of the "Bronnikov-Fekleron" system in different branches of medicine, science, education and sport, etc.

4. Insurance companies – investors
- one company from each country enters the program to finance the rehabilitation of the group of blind children and children with poor eyesight. Companies will be selected on a competitive basis;
- the insurance company participating gets international advertisement and world-wide name;
- the company gets exclusive rights to perform the World of Sight and Vision program in its country.

5. Travel agencies – organization of transportation
- travel agencies provide round trip, accommodation and cultural program for the group of blind children and children with poor eyesight;
- the company will be mentioned on TV in its country and in the participating countries;
- the company gets exclusive rights to do the World of Sight and Vision program in its country.

6. Institutes – development of the IHD system
Several institutes from each country, which train social workers, are invited to take part in the program.
- PR and implementation of the "Bronnikov-Fekleron" system necessary for training social workers in health enhancement and rehabilitation of blind people and people with poor eyesight;
- participation in scientific research programs to study & implement the Bronnikov Fekleron system;
- organization of TV communication between specialists carrying out the program World of Sight and Vision, on one side, and students, teachers, heads of institutes training social workers, on the other side. The goal is discussing step-by-step the work and results of the program.

7. TV companies – advertisement, information
Leading TV companies from each participating country are invited on a competitive basis to cover the practical work. Only one company will be granted the right to coverage of the program results in its country.

8. Leading newspapers and magazines – advertisement, information, scientific publications
Several popular magazines and newspapers from each participating country will be selected on a competitive basis to cover the program results in their country. They will be granted exclusive rights to this work.
